Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO, who is a lawyer, money manager, and author. As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, the most important is keeping track of scheduling meetings and handling meeting follow up activity. Responsibilities will include maintaining a personal and professional schedule, coordinating meetings, dinners, and events, and running errands during work hours when needed. You will also be working closely with team members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. Excellent opportunity to work and learn in a fiduciary boutique environment.
The ideal candidate is very well organized and an outgoing people-person, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and maintain a realistic, accurate calendar
Answer and screen calls
Proofread and edit documents and correspondence
Use CRM to capture notes and follow-ups necessary
Pay bills
Keep track of projects and library
Work closely with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
The ability to multitask
The ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Success in previous roles as a personal assistant or executive assistant
Series 65 is a plus
Marketing and social media experience is a plus
Background check and strong references required
Compensation depends on experience (range $75,000 - $100,000)
