An established investment firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual. The ideal candidate will be polished, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable managing a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the principal
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments, meetings, and events
- Handle reservations, correspondence, purchases, and day-to-day requests
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, service providers, and external contacts
- Assist with domestic and international travel logistics
- Support the management of multiple residences and properties
- Travel to other residences and properties as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of PA experience within finance or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, executive, or similar principal preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly polished, professional, and service-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to travel to other residences and properties as needed
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$170,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
