    An established investment firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual. The ideal candidate will be polished, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable managing a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the principal
    • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries
    • Coordinate personal and professional commitments, meetings, and events
    • Handle reservations, correspondence, purchases, and day-to-day requests
    • Coordinate with household staff, vendors, service providers, and external contacts
    • Assist with domestic and international travel logistics
    • Support the management of multiple residences and properties
    • Travel to other residences and properties as needed
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of PA experience within finance or financial services
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Prior experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, executive, or similar principal preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly polished, professional, and service-oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Ability to travel to other residences and properties as needed
    • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $140,000–$170,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
