    📌 Position Summary

    Personal Attendant/Supported Living Services (SLS) provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. The primary goal is to help individuals live as independently as possible while maintaining their health, safety, and personal well-being.

    🛠️ Primary Job Responsibilities

    Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and household chores.

    Implement and monitor progress toward goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

    Support clients’ physical and emotional health by observing, reporting, and responding appropriately to changes in behavior or condition.

    Facilitate grocery shopping, community outings, medical appointments, and other errands.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of all services provided.

    Many SLS roles involve driving responsibilities, which may include:

    Transporting clients to and from appointments, social activities, errands, or employment.

    Traveling between multiple client homes during the same day or supporting different clients on different days.

    Using a personal or agency-provided vehicle, depending on availability and assignment.

    📆 Schedule and Work Environment

    Full-time and part-time roles available with varying schedules to provide 24/7 client coverage.
