Responsibilities: • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for a small real estate team based in Henderson, NV • Efficiently manage bill payments and maintain accurate spreadsheets • Support invoicing, bill management, and property management duties • Assist in organizing legal documents and represent the Owner when necessary • Handle scanning, archiving on Google Cloud, and physical filing tasks • Aid in scheduling appointments using Google Calendar • Supervise various project management responsibilities • Provide general personal assistant support including travel arrangements and handling returns • Utilize QuickBooks Online and Google Spreadsheets for financial organization • Assist in HR hiring processes and training coordination • Respond to incoming calls from clients and vendors promptly • Conduct weekly in-office meetings Qualifications: • Previous experience in RE Bookkeeping is required, especially with ONLINE Quickbooks or similar online Spreadsheet programs • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat is highly desirable • Typing skills of at least 45 WPM are essential, along with being well-versed in Google and Microsoft products like Excel and Google Sheets • Must have reliable transportation for running errands, with Auto/Gas reimbursement provided • Ability to work autonomously on project assignments or collaboratively in a team setting • Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, remain focused, and meet deadlines are vital • Should be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs as some heavy lifting may be involved • Candidates with backgrounds in Google Sheets, Adobe, and Legal fields will receive priority consideration Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly DOE + bonus
