About the Role:

Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as a Personal Care ADL Assistance provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for individuals in our community.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as needed.

Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance tailored to client needs.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving preferred.

Experience in personal care or home health care settings is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Compassionate demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
