Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver (Memory Care)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 3 PM–5 PM Location: Gaffney, SC Pay: $14–$16/hr

Summary

Seeking a gentle, patient, and dependable caregiver to support an adult with memory-related needs. Caregiver must remain fully attentive—no phone use, texting, or internet browsing while on duty.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and close supervision

Assist with mobility, grooming, toileting, and light meal/snack prep

Offer gentle redirection, reassurance, and emotional support

Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment

Observe and report changes in mood, behavior, or health

Requirements

Experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s is required

Compassionate, respectful, and reliable

CPR/First Aid preferred

Reliable transportation

Must pass background and SLED checks
