    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is available to work full-time day shifts on weekdays (Monday–Friday). You will work directly with patients in their homes, following individualized care plans and providing quality personal care and companionship.

    The ideal candidate has a caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Assist patients with daily living activities, including transfers, mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

    Help patients move safely in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and vehicles

    Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, changing bed linens, and maintaining a clean living environment

    Monitor and document patient care, condition, progress, and any concerns to report to the supervising nurse or agency

    Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement in activities

    Remind patients to take medications as directed according to the care plan

    Assist patients with prescribed exercises and other activities that promote well-being

    Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program

    High School Diploma or GED

    Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving experience preferred

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

    Current CPR certification required

    Must be available to work full-time weekday day shifts

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
