Overview: Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in Aiken, SC. This case begins June 16th and offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend shifts. You will be providing direct care and support to an individual in their home, promoting safety, independence, and dignity.

Pre-Employment Requirements (Must Be Completed Before Start Date):

Pass a drug test

Complete required PCA competency training

Clear a SLED background check (no criminal history)

Provide valid state-issued photo ID

Submit proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Professional reference check

Reliable transportation (no ride shares)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:

Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene

Provide mobility support (walking, transferring, positioning)

Monitor for and report changes in the client's condition

Light housekeeping (sweeping, laundry, making bed, dishes)

Meal prep and assistance with eating if needed

Medication reminders (non-clinical)

Companionship and social engagement

Maintain accurate time logs and client documentation
