Now hiring in Reston, Herndon, Vienna, McLean, Great Falls and Oakton. Our agency is actively expanding, and we are onboarding caregivers weekly. As new clients start services, you will be prioritized for early shift assignments based on your availability and skills.

Additional service areas: Fairfax and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Preparing and serving meals

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Light housekeeping and laundry

Medication reminders (non-medical)

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Other home care tasks as needed

Requirements:

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification – REQUIRED

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

A passion for helping others

Reliability, patience, kindness, and professionalism

Ability to follow directions and care plans

Ability to manage the physical demands of the job
