Comfort Home Care Solutions is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for providing attentive, respectful, and hands-on support to individuals who require delicate care? We are seeking a professional caregiver to assist a client in the 78233 area, requiring close, compassionate, and skilled support.

Position Details:

Location: San Antonio, TX (78233)

Hours: Approximately 21 hours per week

Schedule:

Weeknights: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday, rotating or flexible)

Pay: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience

Client Needs:

This is a hands-on care role for a client requiring:

Mobility assistance with bed transfers, gait belt, and Hoyer lift

Support with daily hygiene, assistance with toileting, incontinence care, c-pap care, and companionship

Caregiver experienced in working with individuals living with dementia

Candidate Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – current or former certification accepted

Demonstrated experience with dementia care

Skilled in transfers, walking support, and proper use of assistive devices

Must follow care plan exactly as written, without deviation

Detail-oriented with strong daily reporting and documentation skills

Excellent communication and ability to identify and foresee care-related issues

Calm, respectful, and compassionate demeanor
