NOW HIRING: Personal Care Aides / Med Techs
Location: Broadway Manor Personal Care Home
Shift Available: Full-Time /Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour (based on experience)

Broadway Manor Personal Care Home is seeking compassionate and dependable team members to join our caregiving staff. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where resident care and staff collaboration are top priorities.
We are willing to train the right candidates to become Medication Technicians (Med Techs) through our in-house training program.
Position Summary
The Personal Care Aide / Med Tech is responsible for providing direct care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication assistance (if certified), and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services in accordance with each resident's individualized support plan

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Administer medications as trained and certified (Med Techs)

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report/document appropriately

• Assist with meal service, including setting up, serving, and cleaning the dining area

• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed

• Engage residents in social and recreational activities

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience working with older adults preferred but not required

• Med Tech certification preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask and respond appropriately in a caregiving environment
