About the Role: MUST BE A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH A NEW JERSEY HHA LICENSE FROM THE NEW JERSEY BOARD OF NURSING

ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their team in Cinnaminson, NJ. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation

Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required

Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver preferred

Must have flexible availability!

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
