Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Arlington, VA

Location: Arlington, VA 22201 Pay: $17/hour Experience: 1–2 years required Certification: CPR required

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home support to clients in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in caregiving and hold a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

Provide mobility support and ensure client safety

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Offer companionship and emotional support

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Qualifications:

1–2 years of caregiving experience

Current CPR certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, compassionate, and patient

Schedule: Flexible shifts available
