Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support, including help with walking, transferring, and exercising.
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records as required.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and recreational activities.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in personal care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and assistive tasks.
