    About This Role We’re seeking kind, reliable, and skilled Personal Care Aides (PCAs) who bring not only hands-on care but heart-led support to older adults and individuals with disabilities in their homes. This isn’t just a job. It’s a purpose. As a PCA, you’ll provide vital assistance with daily routines and personal needs that allow our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You’ll be the steady, trusted presence they and their families count on.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

    Support mobility needs, including safe transfers and ambulation

    Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed

    Provide medication reminders

    Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment

    Document tasks completed and communicate observations clearly

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Current NC Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification, or proof of training meeting NC DHSR standards

    1+ year of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or unpaid)

    Reliable transportation and a valid NC driver’s license

    Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.

    Ability to lift, bend, and assist clients with physical tasks

    Must be able to pass TB screening and provide health documentation

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - (highly preferred)
