    Personal Care Home Administrator for Personal Care Facility

    Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary

    Position Description:

    We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) at our Personal Care Facility in McKeesport, Pennsylvania area to lead and oversee our services. The Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full time, in person position.

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of a state-approved 100-hour PCHA training program and successful passage of the required competency exam, in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations.

    • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.

    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to:

      • Supervise and guide staff effectively.

      • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

      • Maintain high standards of resident care.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the personal care home, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.

    • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.

    • Manage resident care and services, including:

      • Conducting assessments.

      • Developing and monitoring individualised service plans.

      • Coordinating with healthcare providers and families.
