About the Role:

Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as a Personal Care Live-in caregiver, where you will provide compassionate support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Availability to work flexible hours, including live-in shifts.
