Personal Care Specialist (HHA)

The Position:
Full-time Personal Care Specialist supporting participants at the Adult Day Health center and in the community.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.71–$24.52/hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
• Outpatient Clinic, Home and Facility Visits When Needed
• Provide personal care and assist with meals (including 1:1 feedings).
• Support nursing staff with vitals, oxygen, and specimen collection.
• Report changes in participant condition.
• Escort participants to appointments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and sanitize areas.
• Assist with activities and therapeutic 1:1.
• Perform safe transfers and follow all policies, trainings, and CPR/fit-test requirements.

Job Requirements:

• HHA certification or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with geriatric population.
• Ability to perform vitals, transfers, and communicate effectively.
• Positive team player; basic computer skills preferred.
• Frequent local travel.
• Prefer Vietnamese or Khmer Speaking
