Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a Personal Caregiver, you will:

Provide essential personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Offer companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver

Assist clients in maintaining independence and quality of life

Work one-on-one in client homes with flexible shifts

Caregiver Requirements:

HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred, but not required—we provide paid Caregiver training

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Pass a written competency test, drug screening, and nationwide background check

Strong communication skills and a compassionate Caregiver mindset

Dependable, honest, and motivated to serve others
