About the Role:

TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregiver to join our team in Prince William County, VA. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure safety

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation

Requirements:

Previous experience in personal care, home health, or a caregiving role preferred

Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care

Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred

Strong communication and observation skills

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Must pass a background check and meet state requirements for home health aides in Virginia
