Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Responsible For: Lead Group Fitness Like You Own the Room • Coach high-energy, high-intensity group classes that challenge and excite. Your job is to keep the vibe electric while ensuring proper form, safe movement, and smart progressions for all fitness levels. You bring the energy; they bring the results. Deliver Personalized Coaching That Moves the Needle • Run focused 1-on-1 sessions tailored to your client’s goals. Whether they’re chasing strength, fat loss, or better performance, you bring a mix of science, strategy, and energy that keeps them locked in. Track progress, make adjustments, and keep them fired up. Support Nutrition with Energy and Clarity • Guide clients with practical, performance-driven nutrition advice. You don’t have to be a dietitian, but you do need to speak with confidence and conviction about fueling for results. Encourage smart choices and sustainable habits with the same passion you bring to training. Keep Growing, Keep Bringing the Heat • Stay sharp and stay hungry. We expect our trainers to pursue ongoing education, stay plugged into fitness trends, and constantly refine their craft. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: You have energy—and you know how to use it. • You show up fired up, every session, every time. Clients feed off your vibe, and you know how to keep the room buzzing while staying locked in on coaching with precision. You know your stuff. • You’ve got a strong foundation in strength training, functional movement, and coaching real people—not just theory. You know how to get results, safely and efficiently, and make it look easy. You coach with clarity and confidence. • Whether it’s a mic’d-up group class or a quiet 1-on-1 session, your communication is clear, motivating, and packed with purpose. You’ve been in the game. • Experience in a gym, studio, or performance-focused environment is a big plus. You know how to handle the pressure and keep the energy high from the first class to the last client of the day. You’ve got the credentials—or you’re working on them. • A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a major bonus. Current certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) are expected. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly

    $40,000-$75,000 per year
