    Our studios are thriving, and we’re looking for confident, professional coaches who can command high-energy group classes while also delivering results-driven one-on-one training. In this role, you’ll work closely with members to assess fitness levels, design personalized training plans, and improve movement quality in a functional, strength-focused environment. Exceptional coaching ability, strong customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping people get stronger are essential. Responsibilities: Group Fitness Instruction: Lead high-energy, results-focused group classes that utilize varied training methods to keep members engaged and challenged. Emphasize proper form and movement quality while providing clear progressions and regressions to accommodate all fitness levels.Personalized Coaching: Deliver customized one-on-one training sessions aligned with each client’s goals, limitations, and priorities. Apply strong knowledge of strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to drive safe, effective progress. Track performance, adjust programming as needed, and recognize key milestones to sustain motivation.Professional Growth: Remain current on industry trends, research, and best practices in strength and functional training. Pursue ongoing education through certifications, workshops, and continuing education. Collaborate with fellow coaches to exchange ideas, refine coaching strategies, and elevate the overall training experience and client results. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading engaging, high-quality group fitness classes • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build meaningful relationships with clients of all ages and fitness levels • Ability to effectively modify and scale exercises to support a wide range of goals, abilities, and physical limitations • Prior experience working in a fitness studio, gym, or comparable training environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field strongly preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
