Everybitfit is a high-end private personal training studio in Scottsdale, AZ, looking for a passionate and professional Personal Trainer to join our elite team. In this role, you’ll work with clients in a focused, distraction-free environment, delivering personalized one-on-one and small group training sessions. We provide the space, the clients, and the tools — you bring the energy, the expertise, and the commitment to results. Bonus: Trainers with experience in boxing or cardio kickboxing can take advantage of our dedicated space and heavy bag setup to run additional conditioning classes and offer clients a fun, high-energy training option. Responsibilities: • Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client • Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills • Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment • Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized training environment • Communicate effectively with clients to provide motivation, education, and accountability • Be punctual, reliable, and ready to lead sessions with energy and professionalism • Represent the Everybitfit brand by creating a positive and respectful training experience • Support studio growth by helping to promote services, build referral relationships, and represent the business in the community Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: $25 - $33 hourly
