We are hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work one-on-one with our clients in their homes in and around the KING OF PRUSSIA, PA area.  We have shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight that range from 2-12 hours that allow for flexible scheduling to work with your availability. This is a great opportunity for part-time work that can lead to full-time hours!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be a caring and reliable individual who has the ability to work in a diverse atmosphere
• Assesses patient's need for safety measures and appropriate interventions.
• Implementation of the Nursing Care Plan as outlined by the Primary Nurse.
• Implement medication changes according to verbal and/or written physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Accurately observe and promptly report changes in the patient's physical or mental status to the Nursing supervisor.
• Accurately record nursing observations, activities, and treatments on the appropriate forms.
• Ability to follow a physician's plan of care under the supervision of our Director of Nursing
• Communicate with family members, in office staff and all supporting health professionals

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

• Current Pennsylvania Skilled Nursing License
• Current CPR
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass State and Federal Criminal Background Checks
• Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must be able to pass Skilled Nursing pre-employment test
• Vehicle for Transportation to Client's Residence
