    We are seeking a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to accompany our pediatric patient in LANSDALE, PA to school Wednesday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. You will meet at the students home where you will ride the school bus along with the student, work one-on-one with them throughout their day at school, and ride the school bus home with them in the afternoon.

    We also have other clients available in Ambler & Limerick with day shifts available!

    REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

    • Current Pennsylvania Skilled Nursing License
    • Current CPR
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Able to pass a physical and PPD or Chest X-ray
    • Vehicle for Transportation to Client's Residence

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Must be a caring and reliable individual who has the ability to work in a diverse atmosphere
    • Ability to follow a physician's plan of care under the supervision of our Director of Nursing
    • Complete daily assessment and promptly report changes to the Nursing supervisor.
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to verbal and/or written physician orders.
    • Accurately record nursing observations, activities, and treatments
    • Participate in communication with the Nursing Director and care team
