    Personal Health Care invites you to join our team!  We're a Joint Commission Accredited home care agency that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients with compassion and respect.  We are offering Home Health Aide (HHA) opportunities in the Montgomery County area. WE ARE SEEKING HOME HEALTH AIDE'S (HHA) TO WORK ONE-ON-ONE, WITH OUR CLIENTS, AT THEIR HOMES IN THE COLLEGEVILLE & POTTSTOWN AREAS. The current shifts available are day shifts beginning at 9:00am.  We have varying shifts available ranging from 2 to 8 hours to work with your availability.  You will be responsible for assisting our clients with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

    Home Health Aide Requirements:

    • 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
    • Vehicle for transportation to client's residence
    • Valid PA Driver's License
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Must pass State and Federal background checks
    • Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
    • Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test

    Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.) 
    • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
    • Plan and prepare meals
    • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
    • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
    • Report any unusual incidents
