WE ARE SEEKING HOME HEALTH AIDE'S (HHA) TO WORK ONE-ON-ONE, WITH OUR CLIENTS, AT THEIR HOMES IN THE COLLEGEVILLE & POTTSTOWN AREAS. The current shifts available are day shifts beginning at 9:00am. We have varying shifts available ranging from 2 to 8 hours to work with your availability. You will be responsible for assisting our clients with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

Home Health Aide Requirements:
- 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
- Vehicle for transportation to client's residence
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass State and Federal background checks
- Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
- Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test
Home Health Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
