We are seeking a HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) to work with our pediatric client, ONE-ON-ONE, in a professional and compassionate manner in the POTTSTOWN, PA area. The available shifts are Wednesday - Saturday from 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM.  You will be responsible for redirecting our client, assisting with verbal cues, and following safety precautions.  We also have other shifts available during the mornings and afternoons ranging from 2 to 8 hours.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.) 
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents

Home Health Aide Requirements

• 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
• Vehicle for transportation to client's residence
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass State and Federal background checks
• Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test
