You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information • Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish • Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary • Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Qualifications: • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree • A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired • Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history • Outstanding academic credentials • Self-starter, driven by long-term career goals • Superior oral and written advocacy skills • Team oriented Compensation: $70,000 - $135,000 salary + bonuses
