We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about plaintiff-side advocacy, committed to securing justice and fair compensation for injured clients, and confident managing cases from intake through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives while handling a challenging and rewarding caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial
Manage cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other injury claims
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
Perform legal research and factual investigation to support case strategy
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Advocate for clients at mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials
Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients and manage expectations
Collaborate with case managers, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural and ethical requirements
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in MO (TX, KS, IL a plus)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to ethical advocacy
