As we expand our personal injury practice in the Missouri market, we are focused on building a team of attorneys who contribute to both legal excellence and the firm’s continued growth.
We are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with prior experience who is motivated to grow professionally while playing a meaningful role in a high-performing, results-driven practice. This position offers early responsibility, hands-on case management, and the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and related claims
Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary
Evaluate claims, analyze liability and damages, and develop case strategy
Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progression of matters
Contribute to overall firm efficiency through effective case management
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support workflow and operational goals
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Missouri (additional jurisdictions a plus)
1–3 years of personal injury or comparable litigation experience required
Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of accountability
Ability to manage a demanding caseload with efficiency and attention to detail
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
Professional judgment and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Interest in contributing to a growing, performance-driven practice
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
