Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential new personal injury cases and client intakes.
• Engage in constructive, supportive and consistent communication with current and prospective clients.
• Oversee the pre-litigation process for clients.
• Litigate cases in state and federal courts.
• Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows.
• Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Mentor junior attorneys and peers.
