Personal Injury Attorney – MO & IL
Dynamic law firm seeks Personal Injury Attorney licensed in Missouri and Illinois with 2+ years’ PI experience. Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) , strong advocacy skills, and proven success representing clients from pre-litigation through trial.
Responsibilities:
Provide ethical, zealous advocacy for clients.
Manage a full caseload from intake to resolution with staff support.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Collaborate with adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and others to move cases forward.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediation's, hearings, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school.
Licensed in MO & IL.
2+ years personal injury law experience.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, judgment, and advocacy skills.
