Responsibilities: • Independently manage a robust personal injury caseload from intake through resolution • Work alongside experienced attorneys while leveraging a strong administrative and litigation support team that enables you to focus on strategy and advocacy • Be trusted with significant responsibility and decision-making authority on your cases Qualifications: • 1-4 years of legal practice or clerkship experience • Active Maryland, DC and/or Virginia bar license (required) • Strong client communication, legal writing, and negotiation skills • A self-directed, highly organized attorney
