A growing Pierce County law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (4518) to join its team in Boney Lake. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of personal injury experience, preferably with litigation exposure, and a strong desire to advocate for injured clients. While the firm’s preference is for in-person or hybrid, they are open to considering fully remote candidates for the right fit.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial
• Conduct client meetings, gather evidence, and develop case strategy
• Negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide clear, compassionate, and effective communication with clients
• Litigate cases as necessary, including pleadings, discovery, and hearings

** Qualifications:**

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Washington State Bar license
• 1–5 years of personal injury experience (litigation experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, writing, and communication skills
• Commitment to client service and building long-term relationships
