    We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to manage a pre-litigation and litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial. This role offers meaningful case ownership, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to develop strategic case plans that maximize client recovery. The ideal candidate is confident in motion practice, discovery, depositions, and client communication, and thrives in a collaborative, accountability-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial • Develop and execute case strategies designed to maximize client recovery • Regularly consult with clients, adjusters, experts, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to settlement • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances (virtual and in-person) • Argue motions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances • Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g., insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases) • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients • Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the Colorado Bar Association • 3-5 years of experience representing clients in a law firm • Prior litigation experience (personal injury preferred) • Trial experience is a plus • Medical Malpractice experience is a plus • Strong motion practice, research, and writing skills • Experience taking or defending depositions preferred • Ability to independently manage a Pre-Litigation/Litigation caseload Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year commensurate with experience
