** About the Firm**

We are a thriving and reputable personal injury law firm seeking a sharp, driven litigation attorney who is looking to grow and lead their own team and become a long-term pillar of the firm. We handle our cases fully in-house—from intake through trial—which allows our attorneys to develop strong litigation skills while working with a cohesive and highly experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the support structure necessary to succeed.

You will have your own team and support staff solely dedicated to you.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is intelligent, proactive, and confident managing a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. You will be supported by dedicated staff assigned specifically to your team and will handle a reasonable, well-managed docket that allows you to focus on quality advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive filings
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations
• Work collaboratively with support staff and firm leadership on case strategy

** Qualifications**

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong litigation skills and sound judgment
• Experience handling filings, discovery, depositions, and negotiations
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work well in a team environment
