Responsibilities: • Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement. • Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust. • Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery. Work directly with assigned Case Managers and Paralegals. • Negotiation : Reviewing demands and negotiating with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements. • Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams. • Expert Interaction : Engage with expert witnesses and obtain expert reports and affidavits. • Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
