Job Description: • Caseload Management : Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement. • Client Guidance : Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust. • Legal Researc h: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery. • Negotiation : Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements. • Team Communication : Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams. • Expert Interaction : Engage with expert witnesses and draft expert reports and affidavits. • Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Compensation: • $60,000 - $180,000 a year based upon experience.
