We are looking for an experienced personal injury/ medical malpractice attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll have support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury/medical practice litigation. Trial experience is a plus. Responsibilities: • Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation • Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed • Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Compensation: $150,000 yearly BOE
