• An Arizona-licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases.
• Strong communication and client service skills —our clients come first.
• Passion for helping those who are up against large corporations and insurance companies.

• Bonus points if you're bilingual or have a multi-jurisdiction license.
• Results -driven and goal -oriented

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Arizona License – bonus if licensed in CA, TX, NV, or GA
• Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary [Litigation specific]
• Oversee maintenance of heavy case load, ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines
• Represent clients in personal injury accidents ranging from auto, dog bites, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability and insurance disputes
• Investigate and prepare claim demands to insurance companies
• Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not required

• Starting salary of $120,000+, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience, skills, and transferable expertise, along with performance-based bonuses.
