Personal Injury Business Development Assistant
Our personal injury law firm is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Injury Business Development Assistant to support our Director of Business Development in expanding our referral network. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with medical providers who treat personal injury patients (such as chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, and physical therapists). You will represent the firm at industry events, network with healthcare professionals, and coordinate outreach efforts to strengthen partnerships in the personal injury medical community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Director to achieve business development goals. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers specializing in personal injury treatments. • Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and business meetings to expand the medical referral network. • Track and manage relationships with medical providers and other referral sources using our contact management system. • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts aimed at strengthening partnerships within the personal injury medical community. Qualifications: • Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills. • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage schedules and follow up on multiple contacts. • Comfortable attending events and engaging with medical professionals in person. • Experience in legal, healthcare, or sales/business development roles (preferred but not required). • Experience in personal injury (law firm or industry) is a plus. • Familiarity with medical providers who treat personal injury patients is a plus. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
