We are in search of a Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager with at least 2 years of experience in personal injury case management to join our growing practice. No exceptions. Please only apply if you are fluent • Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury case management experience • Background in sales a plus • Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, medical providers, and adjusters • Quality, deadline, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc. • Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment • Investigates, requests, and analyzes evidence/reports, and organizes and tracks files • Knows how to bring value to a case • Reviews and understands medical records • Monitors client treatment • Communicate with medical providers • Communicates with adjusters and coordinates property damage • Opens claims and educates adjuster of treatment status • Negotiates medical bills and liens • Drafts demands • Prepares and sends documents • Please message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying to see your attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and tasks Other Duties: • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job. The salary for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 annually with additional bonus opportunities. Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE and bonus opportunities
