No intake responsibilities in this role. Specific Responsibilities • Manage a pre-litigation caseload under the guidance and supervision of a partner attorney • Maintain regular communication with clients and carefully review medical records to ensure they are following through with recommended treatment • Collaborate with medical providers and insurance adjusters to support case progress • Prepare comprehensive demand packages, assist with negotiations, and finalize cases by preparing closing statements and negotiating medical balances The person in this position will have growth opportunities within a fantastic, collaborative culture. Qualifications: Job Requirements • Minimum of two years as a Plaintiff’s Pre-Litigation/Pre-Suit Case Manager in Florida • Strong technical skills: experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred • Attention to detail is essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) • Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external parties • Values: Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for helping the injured.
