We are in search of a driven individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Personal Injury cases to take on the role of Case Manager. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee pre-litigation cases from opening through the demand stage. • Conduct initial case assessments and investigations. • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and assist in case management. • Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members. • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and demand letters. • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. • Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties. • Assist attorneys in case strategy. • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. • Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions. • Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases. Qualifications: • Proven experience with 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or PI Case Manager. • Knowledge of Nevada legal procedures and regulations. • Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in legal research and document drafting. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with case management software is a plus. Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
