Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake through demand, ensuring each client feels heard and valued. • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather necessary information and documentation. • Prepare and review legal documents, including demand letters, with precision and attention to detail. • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, utilizing our case management software to track progress and deadlines. • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to strategize and optimize case outcomes. • Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused. • Self-starter and motivated. • Spanish-speaking preferred (not required). • A team player with a passion for helping others and a drive to grow. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly depending on knowledge
