    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the pre-litigation phase of their personal injury claims. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through each stage of their personal injury case with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will work closely with our experienced legal team to ensure cases are properly prepared for settlement, coordinate client communications, and assist clients in obtaining the medical treatment and support they need. The Case Manager role is a full-time, in-office position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their case. • Coordinate and manage all client communications, keeping them updated on case progress and next steps. • Collaborate closely with our legal team to prepare cases for settlement, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. • Assist clients in obtaining the medical treatment and support they need, acting as a liaison between clients and healthcare providers. • Maintain detailed and organized case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Identify and address any potential issues or delays in the case process, proactively seeking solutions. • Provide empathetic and professional guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their personal injury claims with confidence. Qualifications: • • Excellent communication and organization skills • Empathetic and supportive with injured clients • Strong attention to detail, especially with medical and billing records • Experience in personal injury, medical, or legal settings preferred (but not required) • Familiarity with Filevine is a plus • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office • Proactive in follow-up and problem-solving Join Skinner Accident and Injury Lawyers and help us make a positive impact, one client at a time.
