About the Role:

Lawson Law Firm PC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our growing personal injury law firm in Lawrenceville, GA. We are looking for a person who can shape the voice and online presence of our law firm. Candidate must be passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and making a real impact, creative, and have unique ideas to create growth and attract clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Create compelling marketing materials, graphics, and videos that highlight the firm's personal injury practice areas and client success stories

Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a strong online reputation

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising and Google Ads

Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and report results

Manage website content updates and support SEO strategies to drive organic traffic

Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, and local events to build brand awareness

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field

Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand content

Experience with paid social media advertising and Google Ads is a plus

Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website content management

Connect the firm with community oritented events

Help promote the firm beyond internet marketing

Experience in legal marketing or a professional services environment is preferred

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
