You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities: • Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish • Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation • Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements Qualifications: • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued • Computer proficiency is essential Compensation: $150,000 BOE
