In this role, you will manage both pre-litigation and litigation matters, supported by a team of highly skilled legal professionals. • Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trialDevelop and execute case strategies designed to maximize client recovery • Regularly consult with clients, adjusters, experts, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to settlement • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances (virtual and in-person) • Argue motions and represent clients at hearings, mediations and court appearances • Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases) • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients • Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
