Our law firm is looking to hire an entry-level personal injury lawyer. July 2025 bar exam test-takers are encouraged to apply! We are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will also be quick, driven, thorough, and self-disciplined. This is a work-from-home position. Responsibilities: • Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end • Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case • Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information • Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation • Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • Proficiency in computers is vital • Experience as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm is a plus. • Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Compensation: $80,000+ bonus
